Hostal Alcazar was terrific. Very clean, comfortable, and walking distance to everything in Puerto Natales, very accommodating. The staff booked tours for us at Torres del Paine and the glaciers and even met us at the bus station with a driver when we first arrived in Puerto Natales. Manuel even went out of his way to purchase our return bus tickets for us. Highly recommended!
