The location is awesome- right across the street from Joy (one of the best clubs in Madrid). However smoking is allowed in the rooms, and quite frequently the hallways reeked of smoke and it would drift into our room. We stayed in a double bed ensuite, and it was pretty clean, although you can tell they don't wash the blanket in between the sheets and comforter because it had other people's hair all over it... Also the guy who works reception at night was quite pissy.
