For the price the hostel was really great! However, my room had bedbugs and I got bitten all over. The hostel said it was the first occurance and they offered me a new room and washed some of my clothes, but I still had to pay the night and the next day they also didn't mention it again or asked how I was or that they took action to get the room sprayed. So don't know if it was just bad luck but I hope they are really going to do something about it because bedbugs are such a nightmare!

I stayed in the private room. It is very small and old-looking but clean and useful. The place is a bit dark since the interior halls lack light but the rooms themselves have plenty of sunlight. The rooms with 2 or 3 beds are better. It is an older place that has been refurbished. Not that nice looking in the common areas but clean and really close to everything. Worthwhile choice looking into. No problems, clean and the staff was really nice. Free wifi.

The Hostal have a very good location, but the building is too old, almost in ruins. The staff are attendant and helpful. The bathroom are clean.

I stay only one night for this reason I don`t tell to much things. That´s good hostel and near the city center but one negative aspect was not internet connection all rooms. its work only near the reception..

This hotel just off the Plaza del Sol was a great place to stay and a perfect entry point to Spain. I spent three nights in their smallest room (just a bed, sink, set of shelves, window and about 4' by 12' which suited me exactly but they have more spacious "normal" hotel style accomodation as well. The staff speaks no English but is very good at communicating and is very friendly.
