We are very near the Puerta del Sol or 'Km 0 ', very well communicated by bus and by subway to the rest of the city. Hundreds of taxis pass daily through our door
This property has been led by the same family for almost 30 years, always trying to all our guests are satisfied and feel at home.
All our rooms have bathroom with hairdryer, heating and individually controlled air conditioning, TV, and telephone. We also have fax services, bar 24 hrs., Private safe and laundry.
We also have a TV room with one of the best views of the street and a cleaning service and unbeatable customer service.

When we first arrived to the hostel, I felt like the young lady working the counter was a little too aloof for my liking. It's not really a very warm, and cozy place. We never saw another guest there either. It felt more like a hotel than a hostel, but that was okay with us.
