Overall a great stay , I hope to home again and use it as a base to see the Copan ruins. The staff was more than friendly. It needed a few more travelers, but no complaints. Thank you Conchy, Veronica , and Blanca!

Kitchen that actually has supplies. The dorms have 8 beds but also 2 bathrooms with showers inside the dorm room so you don't need to go far for a shower. YOU GET a Map, TOWELS, SOAP and a locker with a key- small luxuries you learn to appreciate as a backpacker. Great place especially for the price. FYI, it does not always have that "backpacker" vibe as there (to my knowledge) is only one dorm room. However, we had a great time there at the beginning of Semana Santa.

Convenient location; kitchen facilities available, but utensils and cups are in short supply.

Maybe the cleanest hostel I've stayed at. They actually scrub the showers daily with cleanser and replace your towels without your asking. English skills of the staff range from limited to non-existant though which limits their ability to be helpful to all but the Spanish fluent. They also have a kitchen which I find essential for long-term travel. (I wish HostelWorld would make this a filtering element!)

Housekeeping staff stole from our room. We were asked to step out to have our linens placed on our beds as they had not yet finished the room (even though it was well past check-in time) when we went back in an hour later our iPod and headphones had been stolen. Management was very unhelpful, repeatedly telling us that noone had been in the room until housekeeping admitted to being in the room and seeing the iPod. Management continued to be unhelpful and offered no solution, or even to look...

Owner Comment (Show)
House keeping did not take anything. Also, no one ask the guest to leave the room, and this actuation is ridiculous because linens are always changed and the room is ready when we give the key to someone. This guest only had 1 night, so no linens were changed during their stay. Thus, house keeping did not enter their room during the guest 1 night stay . So, I am sorry to say, but this guest is saying something that is way from the truth. When the guest made the actuation at Hotel reception, they ask House keeping and immediately informed the guest there was no one in their room after they checked in, due to the reason I stated above. Our Hostel is a safe place for the guest & their valuables.

A very budget, average hostal in a good location. No frills, no hot water, but a bed and a pretty cheap one at that!
