Arkya B&B is at Bulnes street 1494 (your confirmation email might list two directions, the other one at Prat street 367 is for Arkya Backpacker)! At the B&B there is NO room with double bed and shared bathroom, even if Hostelworld says so - you get a twin room! If you wanna have some impression of local family life, Arkya is a nice place to be, with friendly hosts. But she doesn't speak much English and can't help much with your travel planning, while he spends the whole day at the Backpackers.
