A very pleasant small Hostel in a fantastic location right amongst to the main attractions in the Old Town of Cordoba
The hostal is located on the SE corner of the Mesquita which is ideal for the free 8:30 visiting. The staff were friendly and helpful but it was rather disappointing that I had to point out their mistake of charging the prepaid deposit. You may find that Hostal La Fuente, 300 metres away, offers slightly better value for money on single rooms.
The room we stayed in was very small but the shower was huge which was a nice change to some of the places we have stayed. The location is fantastic - you couldn't get much better.
Stayed in a private room at this hostel and it was very great value for the money. It's a great location in the center on the city. The only negative thing to say is that since it is such a central location in the city it was very noisy early in the morning due to traffic. I would still definitely recommend staying here.
Great location. Feeling is of a hotel not a hostel. Small but clean rooms. No breakfast but there is afternoon tea/coffee served. Staff friendly and helpful. Warning... If you have a car and they take you to an underground parking garage, it will be 12 euros a day. Otherwise, you'll need to park across the bridge due to construction.
Great hostel, great location. Only downsite was that the wifi in the room wasn't always working.
Amaizing! The hostel service was one of the best in Spain!
This was like a classy hotel room - with big soft white sheets included! Our balcony faced the Mezquita - location was fabulous (street life was noisy at night with shutters open but worth it for atmosphere of place.) Teas and coffees were served daily at 5pm, and we were the only partakers both days. We would have appreciated the chance to make drinks when we wanted, but that is a constructive suggestion not a complaint - this is a fantastic hostel!
