Very bad . We called in advanced with our arrival time , none was in the checking desk at the time we arranged , just a note with a telephone nuember to call . We called and the person at phone sounded like being in a bar and he asked us to wait for 5 min till he came ...after 10 min waiting we left . The Hostel seamed empty and very dodgy... We went to other place. No professional. No Good , no recomended at all.

We were apprahensive about the stay because of some negative reviews but we found the staff extremely helpful, they gave us lots of tips on where to eat and drink and what to do. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Room was ok, but the receptionist was unspeakably unfriendly. When we checked in (at exactly the time we announced) nobody was there. I ringed the bell ten times. I needed to see a toilet, so I just used the one close to the reception. When the receptionist finally came he yelled at us for using it. Later he again yelled at us and accused us of using a 2-bed-room for 4 people. He wouldn't listen to us explaining that my sister and her friend were living in Granada and not staying. NEVER AGAIN!
