Good location, near to Bus stations, other Hostals and next to toPlaza Foch (that has the main bars and Night clubs). This makes the location safer but you still need to come back to the Hostal untill 12pm as Quito is a dangerous city itself (specially for a girl alone). The Hostal offers some city tours but dont trust on it. They need a minimum number of people to do this tours and as they don't have a serious organization about it, they cancel and transfer tour dates all the time...

I wouldn't return to this hostel since I booked a 3 bedroom with private bathroom, yet once I got there they told me they have no such rooms. There are only 2 showers for the entire hostel and one of those has the shower head on top of the toilet (also the door doesn't close completely). Taking a shower was a challenge from really hot to freezing water. The only great thing about this place was the location and the staff were nice enough. If you only need to drop your bags this is the place.

The staff was really great, but i found the organization a little bit unprofessional, i booked for a 4 bed room and I slept more than 2 nights with 6 people at the room. And at the first night I had to sleep at a improvised bed, really terrible! And the other problem is that they have no bathrooms enought to the amount of guests.
