the staff was amazing, super helpful and friendly!! the common area was really chill and a great place to have a cup of tea next to the fire!

We had the lovely double room - very warm and cosy... Came back from a day rafting (the in-house travel agency does all this stuff) to find a barbeque with half a sheep on it in front of our door with the owner Claudio cooking - in the rain - solution... buy a bottle of wine and join the party. Do not stay anywhere else in Pucon.
