Great place to stay on your way in and out of Torres Del Paine. Mundo is great with restaurant recommendations.

This hostel is conveniently located in the centre and is quite cosy, it was nice to have a private room for a good price but the walls are so thin you can hear everything happening next door and our neighbour was super loud. The bathrooms are pretty tiny and very daggy. It would've been nice if someone had spoken more English to help us out, and the washing was expensive. The kitchen was tiny but well equipped and breakfast was ready very early to accomodate you on your tours or early bus trips.

The location is ok. Staff is friendly, doesn't speak much english and after 10pm there was no one there. We saw a couple that arrived with reservation but the hostel obviously messed up and didn't have any room left... The kitchen and bathrooms are dirty. The heating was broken and it was very cold. The locker on the door of our room was broken so we couldn't lock it from outside. For other days in P. Natales we chose a different hostel and were happy we did so.
