A great hostel in the centre of Puerto Natales with amazing staff who help you with everything about your trip. We felt like coming home from Torres del Peine! Thank you for a great time!
I had made a reservation months in advance for this hostel and got a conformation number etc. I returned extremely tired and hungry from a long trek and when I arrived there the woman said she was sorry and she gave my rom to someone else. To add insult to injury she sent me to the other side of town to another hostel she claimed she called and made a reservation for me. I walked ALL the way over there and got no room and they said she never called them. So there I was carrying 40kg of bags...

It is a good value for the price, but the place is to noisy. The staff is great and also have a nice breakfast.
A great owner really makes a great hostel. Edmundo gave a lot of welcoming tips for Torres del Paine. There was a lovely atmosphere where people were gathering around the BBQ and fireplace. Basic breakfast, though it s there in the evening so no queuing up for people who leave early. Google maps is not working for this city and does not show the streets though in the bus station there is a map to this hostel. I would definitely recommend this hostel.
After booking a private double-room via hostelworld and receiving the confirmation a week in advance, we were told that all the rooms are full, when we arrived. There was no responsible person at the hostel, just a guy who started working there a few days ago who couldn't' really handle the situation. At the end we were brought to a quiet hosteria run by an old lady, not really what we expected for our stay. The sleeping bag we rented at the bellavista was ways too cold for the torres del paine.
Edmundo the owner is a very nice man, and he knows the area very well. Comfy beds and very warm. Good for small groups.
Mega homey vibes, most excellent hot showers after finishing up long slog in torres del paine, right on!
The beds were comfortable, the rooms were warm and the young woman that works there is very kind. However, the showers weren't warm and the man who works there had somewhat of a condescending attitude. He made a comment about me and my friends eating too much of the breakfast bread when I are two. Also he didn't communicate something well to us which ended up costing us $30 and when we asked him about it he talked down to us and said it was all our fault. Beds were good, service and showers bad.
