Good experience overall. Only big complaint was the noise. We were in the room furthest from the front desk and we could hear the staff laughing and talking all night. Other than that, the room was clean and it was in a good location.

The place is very well cared, in a nice place, easy to go by walking to many interesting spots in Madrid. I felt very comfortable there, the attendants are very attentive too.

The hostel is in a small street in the city centre, 2 minutes walking to Peurta del Sol. Location is perfect for sightseeing and nightlife. Staff is friendly although they dont speek english. This hostel is more like a hotel, cleaned every day, aircondition, fridge, etc. All in all, we were very happy with the stay in this hostel.

Really good place, better than many other hotels I stayed at. My boyfriend and I booked a room with a double bed, it had ensuite bathroom, very clean, a small fridge with freezer, hairdrier, towels. The room was cleaned daily. The hostel has a very small kitchen, good for making coffee, heating food up, it has a microwave oven, a hot plate, sandwich maker, plates, knives etc. It's super small, so difficult if you want to cook, but good enough for preparing coffee and fast food.
