Staff is very friendly, helpful and they speak english. Location is perfect close to museums,monserrate, and restaurants. Our room and bathroom were very clean. Atmosphere is calm even though the location of hostel is in a touristic area. Our stay here was great i wish all hostels were like this one. I definitely recommend this hostel and would come back here if im ever in Bogota again. Thank you Mr. Alonso for your help. And kindness
