This may be one of the only real backpacker spots in Latacunga, but there is plenty of room for improvement. Huge dorm with 10+ beds is relatively pricey. So-so security since hostel/cafe has 20 foot opening to street all-day. Secure luggage storage but no lockers. Good cafe treats. Not much social seating space.
