The hostal stuff was superficiously friendly and not very understandable. The first night booked and no possibility to share a bed with my girlfriend. Then stuff tried to charge us extra cost for breakfast without annpuncing. I announced that I arrive late for breakfast if it is possible to take the breakfast a bit later. The breakfast ended 10.30 am / I arrived 10.35 am and I was told breaakfast is over. I do not recommend this hostal apart from this every day construction noise in the hostal!

we are happy that you left the hostel, you were very rude with our staff. 1. You booked ONE bed in a dorm and wanted to share it with your girlfriend!! of course that is not allowed. 2. Breakfast is included in the price (none charge you extra!), if you dont have it, that is your problem. 3. Breakfast finishes at 10.30, that is pretty clear. PANCHO

Nice hostel, they help with your tour booking at the front desk and even change money at a better rate than in town. Good food suggestions help out, especially since the town is expensive. No lockers in the rooms, but small lockers in the main lobby for valuables. Very relaxed atmosphere with a good breakfast. Good Internet and great location near the main places in town. Some hostels are a 20 minute walk from town and this is only 1 minute from everything. I would stay here again.

Very clean and the best breakfast we've had in 2 months of travel in South America. Excellent staff.

A great place to stay. A little expensive but then everything is expensive in San Pedro. Great breakfast and friendly, helpful staff.

i had a great time. great breakfast (the best so far - and it is not common that you gonna have breakfast in san pedro), very good beds. so for me it would have been a clear 10 of 10 but: the only problem was that the chillout area was under construction. so there was no real place on the outside to relax from on of your tours.

We are glad you had a great time!! Yes, we are now expanding the hostel, so the terrace is smaller. We are working as fast as possible to finish the new rooms and terrace. Sorry about the inconvenience. Campo Base will be bigger and nicer soon. PANCHO

Danna and Marie were very helpful and friendly. It is in a good location for the town. They were able to book all our trips for us and kept us informed. Breakfast was good and good kitchen facilities. The bedroom was a good size.

Clean, safe an quiet hostel with an excellent breakfast. If you travel on your on, there might be hostels where you can easier meet other travelers.
