There was no hot water. If you're travelling alone I wouldn't recomend to stay here as they have only 4 rooms.
We had a good stay, took a four bed private with a shared bathroom. It was low season so only a few other people. They have an outside sundeck, which is very good. And are located a bit off the city center, so you find better tour deals. To the center a 4 min walk. Quiet enough, didn't need earplugs. Not so warm shower dough, but that's the same in all Guatemala.
This is a lovely hostel and a good spot if you want easy access to the bus terminal or market. The accommodations are simple and clean and there is a nice rooftop sitting area. We only saw one staff member during our stay and she was very friendly. Good breakfast. The downside is that this hostel is on the bus route out of town, so VERY noisy in the morning. Also, the wall between our room and our neighbor's room was very thin. There are just a few rooms and it's a good buy for the money.
