The best hostal so far in Chile for me. Adam makes you feel so welcome, and makes the whole stay so relaxed. Bewarned, if you don´t surf, or have no intention of learning then think twice, there isn´t much else to do! For those who do surf, it is the best! a couple of mins drive from Punta Lobos...adam normally gives you a lift. Great facillities to. I can´t recommend it enough.

Lots of places advertise that you will feel like you are at home, at Casa Verde its actually true. Everyone stays longer than planned, because they love it. Real duvets on the beds, clean, big breakfast. I was worried about staying outside of the town, but its actually better being closer to punta lobos which is a much nicer beach. So just stay here!!!

Casa Verde was great - so chilled out, with a beautiful view of the ocean, and super helpful staff. They have a great environmental focus, with recycling, chickens and a little vegie garden. Lunch at the neighbour's house was a really nice experience too.

Best hostel we´ve stayed at in Chile. If I´m ever back in Chile, Ill be sure to book 2 weeks instead of only 5 days, because I know I wont be able to leave for at least 2 weeks.

Awesome hostel if you are looking to surf and relax. Located only a short ride from the town centre and Punta De Lobos. Roderigo, Benjamin and Adam are legends and will help you out with whatever you need.

We really enjoyed our stay here, we were made to feel very welcome by the guys at the hostel and wished we could have stayed longer. The hostel is spotlessly clean and the views over the ocean are great at sunset. It's a little bit of a walk from town but there are bikes you can use to get in. We had a bit of trouble finding the place because we were using GPS, and it doesn't work too well in this town. Note the directions given in the confirmation email or you won't find it.

When you stay at Casa Verde, you are one of the family. This super-relaxed hostel is one of the best I've stayed in. Owners Benjamin and Rodrigo make you feel like one of the gang and are always available to answer questions and to help make your stay more enjoyable. If you're new to surfing, take a lesson with Adam (a true Aussie) who will will having you standing on the board in no time. Very highly recommended, you'll absolutely love this place.

Hands down the best hostel experience I have ever had! Big comfy beds, great breakfast, an awesome common room and full kitchen facilities. A little ways out of town, but the free bikes, and regular collectivos make the 3k no problem. The staff made me feel a part of the family right away. Could not have asked for more! Nice new wetsuits and surfboards for rental at reasonable prices. AND some of the best sunsets from the hammock with an honesty beer ;) Stay here!!! You will love it!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Casa Verde. Comfy beds. Warm, down comforters. Clean facilities. The staff is friendly. They dropped me off at the bus station and would have picked me up to if only I had had a phone to call them. Board rentals were cheap. Location is awesome: gorgeous view of the golden fields, green trees, and a bit farther, the ocean. Not far from Punta de Lobos, just a 15 min bike ride, but Benji and Adam from the hostel let me catch a ride with them. Good times.
