Far end of the main road from the ADO bus station, but nearer the ruins. No keys for room and only 4 lockers (in another person's bedroom). Breakfast included was good.Far end of the main road from the ADO bus station, but nearer the ruins. No keys for room and only 4 lockers (in another person's bedroom). Although staff was very friendly, we ran out of water in the middle of the night and cleanliness of the place was really very poor. The rooms needed serious renovation. Even though, Tulum ruins and beaches are worth a visit.Although staff was very friendly, we ran out of water in the middle of the night and cleanliness of the place was really very poor. Quite far from the beach, not that was an issue, but the real problem was the bikes they had for hire were rubbish. I took out the most reliable one (50 pesos for the day) and that even ended up breaking on me. They also seemed to have a problem with the water supply to the majority of rooms and limited lockers. However the staff were very friendly and they do a decent breakfast.Quite far from the beach, not that was an issue, but the real problem was the bikes they had for hire were rubbish.
