The hostel was great but they charged us 10 euros more because we arrived early and told us we needed to pay because the room wasnt ready.

Location is good for a quick stay. Simple rooms, friendly staff. Bar fridge in room and laundry service would be useful.

Staff were very friendly. The room was neat and clean. The bathroom was fine. The location was excellent - so close to everything in the centre of town. The room was also quiet which was nice.

Simple but clean and at a really good price.

This hostel was the best place to relax when we wanted a quiet evening after walking all day. There was no community kitchen or lounge that we could see so if you're looking to meet a lot of new people it may not be the right place. Everything was extremely clean and looked more like a hotel than a hostel. We felt safe leaving our bags in our room while we were out for the day and the staff was very kind.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean and friendly

This hostel is more like different rooms in a really big apartment. The room is good, we got one with toilet inside. Cleanliness perfect, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Is not a place to make some friends because of the common areas don´t exist. The location is great, Atocha street, very close to everything, city center, La Latina......To enjoy Madrid a couple of days is really convenient.

The hostel is very secure - It has no lounge or place to sit in apart from your room (so lacking in atmosphere) but if you want a clean safe secure place that is quiet, yet close to everything (I had one of the back rooms) then this is the right place. The air conditioning functioned perfectly and the wi fi connection excellent.
