Personale molto gentile. Ostello pulito e molto centrale!

The location can't be beat. It was clean and the staff were polite and helpful.

Very good location, helpful staff. Fridge with water and beer in for 1€. Tea and coffee in room was a nice added extra!

Very good location in the city center. Most of the stuff doesn't speak English very well -> some misunderstandings are normal. Very clean rooms with private bathroom.

bathroom wasn't exactly clean; and first time we came, the hostel turned out to be overbooked in spite of our reservation. Staff was kind enough to find us another place and paid for the difference.

only stayed there one night but it was perfect for what we needed. very central. polite staff. safe and clean. would recommend it to a friend if they were going to bilbao

We stayed here after landing from the UK and before walking the Camino from Burgos. The Hostel is easy to find as long as you don't assume the Gym next door is the hostel!! It is convenient for a short stay and near good eating places.

The room was exremely airless and hot. After complaining we were moved to a room with a window.
