No english but very helpful staff.

Well-appointed and clean ensuite room for a reasonable rate. In a beautiful old building with a lot of character. Solid location, on a more "local" street, but still quite close to the action of either Passieg de Gracia or Place de Cataluyna. The only downside was no real view out the "window". I'd stay there again though.

The staff was helpful and rooms were OK. There were some problems with the bathtub since the shower water was slightly stuck inside it's containing bathtub, thus making an undesirable pool on the feet. One of the rooms had an annoying noise of water drops and some subtle bad smell from the toilet. In this same room wifi wouldnt work due to low strength signal. All in all its great value for money, since it provides private rooms in a place so close to Passeig de Gracia.
