Hostal Chalupa

This is a newly built Hostel, so it's pleasantly, spotlessly clean and reassuringly solid.

It's also beautifully simple, built and decorated by the local Mayan builders and artists. Our staff is smart, incredibly helpful, conscientious and very cosmopolitan.

Chalupa sits right at the start of the town, on the road to the beach, which is an easy walk -- or you can rent a bike or catch a cab or bus right in front of the Hostel.

There are markets, rental and tour shops, and banks with ATM's nearby. We offer free Wi-Fi, a great vegetarian kitchen, a relaxing lounge, a huge rooftop patio.

-all our bed are double so can be 2pax in one bed for extra $50 mxn
