Our room smelled like cigarette!But its secundary.The location is very good, 10 minutes by foot to the cathedral.The staff was strange.We wanted 2 checkout on sunday at 10 am, and there was nobody to take the keys.At 1pm, the lady knocked our door to remind us to checkout. Staff were a bit disorganized with my booking. Also they strangely enough don't accept cards which sent us running around for a bank before check out. Staff were a bit disorganized with my booking. It is a good place to stay if you are looking for a quiet hostel and you don't want to listen young people having party and if you want to save money. It's like a flat where you have your own room and there are not common areas. The situation is not the best, but it's not so far from the city center, maybe 10 minutes walking. The staff is friendly and you can be helped by them if you need it.It is a good place to stay if you are looking for a quiet hostel and you don't want to listen young people having party and if you want to save money. It was closed!!!
I paid my book, I went to the hostel and it was closed!! I was totally without reaction!!!
No one told me anything about! I'm so angry about!
And i want my money back Asap to can pay the other place I stayed in Santiago!
