Charlie and Mary were really friendly and welcoming and made our stay very special. Mary cooked amazing breakfasts and dinners and , because we ate at the same time as the other guests, we really got to know everyone well. The views from the hostel were incredible and our whole stay was very relaxing. Thanks!

Coroico is such a lovely place and hostel Chawi is perfect to relax or start your exploring trips. The terrace and the dining room have an awesome view and in the garden you can see some animals. The owners are very helpful and the breakfast is good! I would stay there again.
Great staff who took the time to give a lot of information about Coroico and the surroundings. The location is a bit outside the city itself, which is perfect because you've got a amazing view on the valley, you're in a quiet place and still very close to the center. The beds were very confortable but unfortunately, no kitchen for guests. Although the breakfast was pretty amazing! (Eggs, bread, marmelade, butter, tea/coffee, milk)
Unfortunately not many people stay in coroico after death road. It is a chilled town and probably the best hostel in town. Only Downfall is no lockers or wifi. But the owner cooks a great in house dinner. Just wish more people stayed there as would have added to the experience but if you want a chilled place then stay here. Only missing a few hammocks.
The hostel caretakers are super nice. Great breakfasts! And you can have them make you a real home cooked dinner which was so great. Unfortunately you hear all the traffic coming into town but the view is unbeatable! Really needs an outdoor lounge area, maybe some hammocks, the few plastic chairs just didn't cut it.
