The hostel was more someone´s home and not a hostel in the usual sense of the word. The room was excellent but not the camaraderie of somewhere with a kitchen and lounge to share with other travellers. Very convenient for travelling with Navimag.

Really nice hostal! A little bit far from the bus station to go on foot, but if made by taxi, is ok. The place is really clean and the old couple that runs the hostal(Hector and his wife) is really lovely! The shower is a little bit complicated but is not a problem at all! I enjoyed my stay in Hostal Chorrillos!

The family that owns the hostel is absolutely wonderful. They had just repainted the dorm that our group was planning on staying in, but because the smell was so strong they immediately offered to let us stay in one of the apartments that is on the property. It was very clean and had everything that we were looking for. If you need any help getting to or from anywhere in or around Puerto Montt make sure to ask the family!
