Make sure you are accurate in your arrival time: we took an earlier bus and ended up stuck outside for two hours until the proprietor showed up. Stupidly frustrating, and the phone number didn't work. That said, the room was clean and big (with cable), and there was a (tiny and unsupported) kitchen. We were the only people there, which was good, since there was only one toilet. Perfect location.
