The hostel staff may recall me reporting that my washbag had disappeared from the bathroom. This was because I had left some US Dollars in the side pocket that I, foolishly forgot to put in the safe. The fact that the safe wasn't used for this money does not console the fact that our personal bathroom that was locked at all times when not in use, was stolen from. Good hostel in a good location just a short walk from the centre of town. Staff very helpful and keen to help. Fair bit of noise from outside even during the night. Entire place was immaculate - they even took the bed out of the rooms to clean the floor! Slightly strange arrangement with the private bathroom across the corridor from the bedroom.Good hostel in a good location just a short walk from the centre of town. I absolutely loved this hostel - it was clean and quiet, the breakfast was good, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The staff at the front desk happily answered endless questions for us, and set us up with tours and maps and great information. What the rooms lack in character is made up for by the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms and the helpfulness of the staff. Staff were charming, but in honesty we´d booked a double room, only to get a room with 4 single beds which was a bit random. Quiet place, but the staff really went out of their way to help, even with their broken english. If you´re travelling alone, you´ll love it.
