it\'s a good one and the owner Malcom and his wife and staff are great and very helpfull. Malcom took me in his car to find out with me where is the TICA Bus terminal (whish is on the east of the capital) without asking me anything in return.

The room was nice. We had a private room w 3 beds. it was just kind of a bummer that we had to pay the full $40 even though it was just my wife, 1 yr baby n me. We called ahead n asked if we could just pay for 2 poeple instead of 3 n the young lady said that was fine. when we wanted 2 pay the owner said no. He said she was confused n thought we were asking if we had to pay extra for the baby. that is impossible that she thought that cus we didnt mention the baby over the phone. Oh well i guess.

We booked two dorm beds but on arrival were given a very comfortable private, probably the nicest we,ve had after months of travel. While the location was excellent and safe (though quiet) the hostel impeccably clean and the staff friendly, this is a choice for those after comfort and a good nights sleep. Party hostel it is not.

Staff did not speak any English. No lockers, no locks on doors. Very quiet, near some great restaurants.

The hostel is in a nice residential neighborhood that is well connected by a frequently running bus to the center and other buses. The house is beautiful and very clean but there was not usually toilet paper nor soap in the bathroom. A nice breakfast is included with private rooms and available for $3 for those in the dorms. Not much interaction with others in the house and the staff doesn't speak English (only the owner does).

Very nice, more of a hotel than hostel. Located far from the city centre and close to major hotel. >Pnñy a bus to the city, staff good people...

Nice.... But when we arrived at 10pm at night as we specified in our Hostelworld booking we were told that they did not have a bed for us as others had come today to take it. The staff then took my travel partner and I to a shoebox room with a single bed and tried to get us to stay there instead. When I flat out refused we were finally shown to a room with two double beds and a bathroom with was lovely. We got the feeling the owner/manager was away so the staff were disorganised.
