Hostal Doņa Esther is a real quaint place with an open inner courtyard. Located right between the main square and the iglesia and close to the artesian market which sprawls throughout town. They had a live band playing indigenous music the Friday night we stayed. Nice view from rooftop patio, too. Quiet at night; real hot water.
