Dona Esther in Otavalo is a really lovely hostel, well set up with a restaurant conveniently on-site with great food. Highly recommended.

Great hotel located in central Otavalo within walking distance of the famous Saturday Markets - 20min to animal market. Staff were friendly and knowledgeably providing good advice for the Early morning Animals markets along with various other sights around Otavalo. Hotel has spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds, good pillows and hot showers. Wifi was decent only in downstairs common areas. Restaurant was outstanding and highly recommended. Rooftop terrace also offered nice views.
