Hostal El Cid Reviews

The hostel is perfectly located in the city center. Everything was fine. The staff is very kind and helpful. The only "problem" is that the room was very little and very hot. In the bathroom there wasn't the window. For the rest, everything is ok. Very good price for such a central location. I can recommend Hostal El Cid for a short trip in Valencia.

It was a really nice hostal. The room was beautiful and clean. We did not have any noise. There is a shower in the room which is good. The water did not drain very well and it took 10 minutes before the water became warm.. but other than that it was perfect. For this price, the hostal is very good and a great location. It's in the middle of the center.

The hostel was in a great spot, on a small side street. There is no elevator, but that was no problem for us because we only had backpacks. Then 2 people that we dealt with were very nice, they even let us borrow a corkscrew when we needed one :) I want to warn anyone with a cat allergy though, that they do have a cat there, it stays down in lobby though and is very friendly.

Everything was good (location, decoration, cleanliness.....etc) But it was cold at night..I stayed there at the biginning of April...even though there was ladiater.. and it was hard to find hostel according to the direction given by hostel. Hostel is located in "wok to work" noodle shop street before Starbucks. But room was pretty, and clean. Averall, I recommend this hostel to turist who want to visit Valencia. !

The place is really nice, the only bad thing would be that there is no elevator to go all the way up.
