A great hostel in a very central location in Cuzco. Norma is an exceptional host doing everything she can to make your stay as pleasent as possible. The only problem with this Hostel is the very limited hot water.

Perfect place to stay in cusco, clean, great staff and they gave us access to their kitchenette. Great balcony views from the rooms at the front, good breakfast. Safe placebo leave your bags when you head off to Machu Piccu. Highly recommended.

Great hostel in excellent location half a block north of plaza de armas. Airport pickup was smooth and rooms were clean and tended to every day. Hostel is quiet and tends to an older crowd; not for party people. Hot water may run out depending on how many people are using the shower at the time. New patio windows effectively block road noise so the rooms are quiet. Staff is helpful but it's better if you know some Spanish because their English is limited. Secure luggage storage is in their offic

We are a family of 4 that stayed here before and after our Inca Trail trek. The staff was amazing- friendly and helpful. They sent a driver to pick us up at the airport and stored our bags while we hiked. The location is great, a block from the Plaza de Armas, and the windows do keep out the street noise. Great water pressure, clean towels and new soap daily, good breakfast, wonderful rooftop view! This hostal is an excellent value. Be sure to eat at El Encuentro. The menu del dia is only 6 sole

Our family of 4 stayed in the quad room before hiking the Inca Trail, and in two rooms after the trail. The location is perfect, very close to the Plaza de Armas, and the special windows really do help keep out the street noise. The entire staff was very friendly, always ready with a smile and Norma at the front desk answered any questions that we had about the area. The beds are comfortable. My only suggestions are to add reading lights for each bed and to unplug the doorbell/sensor that dings.

Having booked this Hostel they gave for 3 nights I asked them for advice as they were offering tours to Machu Pichu and to the sacred valley. They gave me excellent advice to take the tour along the Sacred Valley, to get off at Ollantaytambo and take the train to Agas Callientes booking a hostel there. This maximised the time for Machu Pichu, the tour for the Sacred valley cost less than the train it was less tiring and they refunded booking for the 2nd night It was clean and excellent value
