Close to the Metro, like really close, and in a nice neighbourhood. Wifi's good, breakfast is good, bed is good, what else do you want?

We had an okay stay here. The staff were very friendly but there is no kitchen. We got our washing done here for €5 but when we got it back it wasn't completely dry and it smelled so bad we have to wash it again ourselves. The location is really great, you can easily walk anywhere within 15 minutes and there are lots of shops. Unfortunately I did get bitten by bed bugs. My boyfriend in a separate bed didn't have this problem but I had bites everywhere. Also very poor atmosphere. No good forparty

Good value

This hotel is located from Plaza Mayor,so it is loud at night, however, the staff is very kind.

good staff

The beds were comfortable and the location was really good, only a short walk to the city centre. Despite the terrible breakfast, at least it was free, so awesome value for money! However, it was advertised as a youth hostel, but there were two men in my room that were clearly 40+ in age. And not to mention creepy!!! Although the hostel was cleaned everyday, it still felt dirty. They advertise a kitchen facility - no way! Only a sink and microwave.

Not the worst hostel, definitely needs better ventilation, the environment inside is so stagnant. Apart from that fairly average place to stay.

Brilliant location! Friendly and helpful staff! Great value for money!

Great value for money, spacious clean rooms, decent breakfast and very helpful staff. Right beside the Tribunal Metro stop so it's very easy to get to.

Decent location in Malasana area, right next to metro Tribunal. Fairly clean and nice but as it is in malasana nightlife area, might not be too great for light sleepers. Staffs are great. The short girl with long black hair and glasses was extremely nice and helpful.

more of a cheap hotel than hostel. They list a 4 bed private that only has 3 beds. one is a double two twin.

Great location, great staff. Breakfast was also very nice.

Great value and the staff are very helpful.

It was ok. Stayed one night. My ac wasn't working at first. I had to keep bugging the guy to fix it since it was 95 degrees out that night. Other than that I had a good experience

Great hostel that has all the essentials. Hot showers (never a wait to use one, if you avoid the peek times of course), clean toilets, comfortable beds, enough plugs to charge your electronics int he room, big lockers in the room for your stuff, aircon that works & is on most of the time, breakfast was included (simple, but nice - tost with jam/nutella, cereal, milk and OJ...but only from 8-10am). It's about a 10-15min walk to the main plaza of Madrid (the centre).

I like everything in the hostal, but not all can ne perfect, the only negative thing is noise outside, in the street...

Location is great just 50 meters from a metro line. Surrounded by shops, groceries and restaurants. Big lobby where to socialize. Your best bet while in Madrid.

bathroom and toilet i think is not enough and not convenience. Atmosphere is boring, I think the tableware is not enough, noisy at night.

Location is good, close to Tribunal station, and lots of restaurants(traditional and new style) and shops nearby, also local market Mercado de Barceló, I always stay in Calle de Fuencarral whenever I visit Madrid. 10 mins walk to Puerta del Sol. Common area is spacious and relaxing, rooms are also spacious with lockers. However my room was facing the street, the traffic light has been flashing into my room with red and green light, also during weekend it could be noisy when people finish party.

Fair hostel! They feature a microwave and fridge so you can save some extra bucks but cooking frozen food! Distances are quite short in madrid so everything is walking distance! It is very good for the price you pay! But they charge you for things like leaving your luggage after checking out!
