Not a lot of atmosphere. Safe, clean reasonable place to stay. Rules are posted everywhere about being quiet, what to do in the kitchen. Felt very sterile. Not a place to meet people, just an ok place for the night. It is halfway between the bus station and the center of town, not bad location for convenience.
Located midway between the bus "station" and old town. Maybe they had problems before as many little rules are posted everywhere. OK, but it still felt a bit unwelcoming. Bathroom always smelled odd (no flushing the toilet paper...), and never any soap. There is a kitchen and TV room, but lights out at 11pm. Key deposit is a bit steep (20€). Early check-out and no luggage room means, if taking a bus, you'll likely wait for hours WITH all your bags. I wouldn't stay here long, but OK for 1 night.
Great hostel, close to the beach. Room had a balcony and lockers, was large enough to be comfortable. Staff are great, even if you have to get through with little spanish. It's hard to go past this hostel with the price of rooms offered
The staff wasn't nice at all.
