The staff didnt really care about much. I was at the front desk for ages before they checked me in. The bathrooms were constantly dirty and no hot water. The rooms are dark and the beds uncomfrotable. THIS IS NOT A PARTY hostel. There was no atmosphere,

Pretty girl at the reception + pretty girl at the restaurant = great hostel..

Nice stay, but a black point: the reservation I made with you did not arrive to the Fatima hostal. When we arrive they did not know that we were coming! ????

Party hostel (I was there in peak season, February, to give some perspective). Staff was good at multi-talking & were very nice. Good price. If you need to sleep at a decent time and for a full 8 hours ask for a room left of the office, NOT around the common area in back and you should be OK. Big hostel so takes in lots of people. Very cute house. Good location. Amenities listed are accurate. They clean often. Beware! Thin plaster walls! Bathrooms are pretty damn rugged. Bring good locks.

Had a 4person dorm there was only one girl who stayed there a long time. A very dirty girl here dirty washing was all over the place. To me it is unaceptable the hostel put new traveles in this dirty room with this girl.

La cocina suele estar llena de vajilla usada y no muy limpia en general. Éso es lo único para remarcar del hostel. La gente que trabaja ahí brinda una muy buena atención. El hostel es recomendable

Nice hostel lots of character, helpfull friendly staff except for the girl who serves breakfast who is miserable and unwelcoming but don't let that put you off she´s just one menber of a lovely bunch of staff. Good location and there's an amazing vegetarian restraunt down the bottom of the road (calle 12c) which does a lovely almuerzo (set lunch, normally soup, salad bar, main meal, drink and fruit for pud) for C$9000! And it has flavour which majority of colombian food is lacking!!!

The place was situated very well in the old city, the problem was that the noise from the employees and their kids start very early in the morning and if you want to sleep past 7am, forget it, because it is really impossible!!!!

Really cool place but the first night gave us a different room than what we had reserved and tried to charge us more at the end. They did however resolve this. If you are in the mood to actually sleep however, this is not the place to stay. You can hear everything that happens everywhere in it.

Fantastic hostel - staff were very friendly and helpful. I ended up moving hostels as it was a bit quiet when I was there, but Hostal Fatima remained way superior for value for money.

The bed was not the most comfortable and also very cold at nights. But in general, nice place with nice staff.
