Very helpful staff, ideally located between down-town and Bellavista and within walking distance of the Metro. Had a fun time while staying there. I would not recommend that you book this place. The reception staff were great and the location was ok but apart from that we dont have anything good to say. The bathroom was dirty when we arrived (and there was the evidence to prove it), and the owner/cleaner lady made things very difficult; she stood over us when we wanted to use the kitchen, refused us point blank when we asked for a tea bag (how tight) and hid away the milk and bread (the bear minimum brekkie) well before 10 am.I would not recommend that you book this place. This is probably the best Hostal you can find in Santiago! From the begining I was supposed to find an apartment but I liked the Hostal so much that I descided to stay there.
All the people that works at the Hostal is very helpfully. They talk good english.Charly followed me to the doctor when I got sick. That kind of things make you fell safe!
The hostal is close to Bellavista.Where you can find alots of bars and restaurants! And the Hostal have an amazing BBQ....Donīt miss it!

Staff was the only real downer. They couldnīt understand changes very well and then didnīt credit us our hostelworld down payment upon arrival. The staff couldnīt do anything on their own and we always were told to come back and talk to the īmanagerīwho never happened to be there when we came by.Staff was the only real downer.
