The excellent desk clerk who had a New Zealand accent when he spoke English was extremely helpful and reason enough to visit the hostel again! The location was also excellent for everything we wanted to do in Santiago. Unfortunately, the other desk clerk (He said he was from Ghana) was quite unfriendly and unhelpful. He seemed unwilling or unable to answer our questions. Also, the towel deposit enraged us. The location is excellent for those who want to explore the nearby Bellavista and Providencia neighborhoods as well as the museums dotted around the centro. Muy buena localización, buenas estalaciones y servicios. Los funcionarios son muy buena gente, te ayudan e te dan informaciones importantes sobre la ciudad. I would not recommend that you book this place. The reception staff were great and the location was ok but apart from that we dont have anything good to say. The bathroom was dirty when we arrived (and there was the evidence to prove it), and the owner/cleaner lady made things very difficult; she stood over us when we wanted to use the kitchen, refused us point blank when we asked for a tea bag (how tight) and hid away the milk and bread (the bear minimum brekkie) well before 10 am.I would not recommend that you book this place.
