I loved staying there--the staff were ALL incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite. If I return to Santiago (which is a possibility) I will try to stay there again.

The staff is great and very helpful!

Absolutely horrible hostel - don't be convinced by the modern, appealing website .... This place is an absolute dive and wish I hadn't paid more for it over better alternatives. Three nights and each worse then the one before - cold, very loud street noise and night and the type of place where people have conversations loudly at 1am int the room (2 nights), turn lights on and the cupboards they give you are so squeaky it's impossible to open quietly - Just oil them! But considering the shabby ru

Hostel was a bit expensive for what was provided, but we did have a comfortable stay here. Staff were friendly and the kitchen was a nice space to cook in, however there wasnt too much atmosphere for a hostel in central Santiago.

Located near to metro ,restaurants and park. Nice staffs. Super clean hostel with the great breakfast.

The doors in my room squeaked when opened, which could make things difficult if you were a light sleeper. Lots of options for breakfast in the morning.

The staff members change shifts everyday and are not debriefing with each other. One night, we asked to extend our stay. The next morning we were told by another staff member that we could not stay because the room was full. The lady did not feel bad at all and was even very rude to us. Several minutes later, the guy who had confirmed our stay the night before showed up. When asked for an explanation, his only response was "it's a problem in the system" and again, in a very rude way.
