We spend 2 nights in room #3 next to the entrance which was extremely loud, windows and doors had very cheep lockers, the floor was old and dirty. The last two nights we moved into room #10 that only had cold water and turned out to have a bed-bug plague. One of us still suffers from an allergic reaction and had to go to the hospital. They also got with our luggage into our house so we have to get professional cleaning. The problem was known by the stuff and the room smelled like poison.

Good hostel. Great breakfast, location and price. Most people were very nice, although no one answered my email about helping me organize a pickup from the airport which is an included service on the website. Nice big lockers, but the rooms smell like feet.

The hostel is great! We stayed in a private room with private bathroom for two nights and it was perfect for us. Grest pruce, excellent location and a wonderful staff. Luis, the guy in the front desk, gave us a lot of information and tips of what to do in Santiago. He was a lot of help and very friendly!!!

The dorms are at the upper level, are large, have windows, and are pleasant. The private rooms are small and cramped, on the bottom floor, and without outside windows. They look dingy, and badly in need of painting. Similarly, the bathrooms for the dorms are big and pleasant. The shared bathrooms for the private rooms are small dark holes without windows.

Great place to stay. Prime location, has even a pool table :). I'd definitely stay there again, should I visit Santiago again.

Only stayed here for one night. It's a big hostel so there is always a good vibe somewhere and a quiet place somewhere else. The beds in the 8dorm mixed where squeaking but the lockers where huge. Overall, OK hostel

The only problem I think is the cleanness... Could be better, like the windows for example... a lot of dust... Had no water to just buy. Tap water is not good! Overall it's all good, so I came back and got 3 more days.

Definitely more of a backpacker's hostel than a couple's weekend getaway. I can see really having loved it if I were travelling alone or with other friends, but the private bedrooms were nothing special! Nice location though.

Unfortunately there were people talking until 4 am, so we didn't sleep very well. The hoise is a bit maze-like, with nice common areas all around. Breakfast was nice, with fresh fruits.
