Great Hostel! It was nice, clean safe and staff was very helpful and gave us some great tips!

My brother and I stayed here for two nights and we were not disappointed! It was incredibly easy to find from the train station, and contrary to some of the reviews- they have a large flag and sign out the front of the building to locate their entry! We have a twin room close to reception and enjoyed a great view into the street from our bedroom! The staff were so friendly and accommodating and gave us sound advice to explore the City. Everything was in walking distance!

Very clean and modern. More in the style of a hotel than a hostel. Great value for money. In an excellent central location within walking distance of all major attractions, shops and restaurants. Only downside is no air con and very noisy with windows open. But I wore earplugs so didn't bother me. Would defo return.

The walls were paper thin and we could hear every word from the tv and conversation next door. Also there was no air conditioning and opening the window was not an option as the street noise was too loud. Loved the atmosphere and cleanliness and the staff were great!

A group of us stayed in this hostel whilst running the marathon. The staff were really accommodating and very friendly. The rooms were very clean but my room was right by reception which meant it was extremely noisy. I'd definitely stay there again but would try and get a room away from the entrance.

Good quality with reasonable price! Location is perfect, can walk to most of the famous spot;) Although there was hot water problem, the staffs were very helpful and able to solve the problem quickly. Very recommanded:)

The location was good, the best meal I had in Madrid was right around the corner. It was easy to jump on the metro to get to the airport, which took about 20-25 minutes. Unfortunately, I had the room directly across from the host desk and sound easily penetrated the door, which would be the only complaint. The attendant at both check-in and check-out was very accommodating and helpful.

The location is fantasic and staff are friendly. The room was big and very nice. The only negative thing is the noise, the windows are poor and I could hear people outside well into the night.
