MY FATHER USED TO STAY HERE IN THE 70\'S... AND IF HE WAS HERE TODAY HE WOULD STILL HAVE ENJOYED IT. IT RETAINS ALL ITS 70\'S SPANISH HOSTAL FEATURES, IS VERY CENTRAL, BASIC AND GREAT VALUE...AND A VERY HELPFUL RECEPTIONIST.SHALL BE STAYING AGAIN.

Hostal Galan is a clean, comfortable hostel in the centre of Fuengirola. There is a good security gate for entering at night time. One can come and go regularly. Christian does a very good job at the hostal regarding organising rooms and making sure the trip is comfortable as possible.

This place is terrible. The pictures that you see advertised are only for one room in the entire place. I arrived and was given a dingy grotty room and when i pointed out that the room i was given looked nothing like the one advertised the management told me that this was the fault of the previous manager who tried to do a marketing scam by doing up one room. Avoid this place.
