(+) clean, quiet, staff speaks simple EN, free coffee (-) no map, no drinking water, no matches/lighter in the kitchen, some dorm beds can get any wind from the fan, cooking utensils not user-friendly/in good shape, bring your own lock for locker i feel they are not quite sincere in terms of kitchen. i'm not a smoker therefor not carrying lighter at all time. this is the first time i need to buy matches myself to light up fire. a box is just 2 Cordobas. why they can't even provide these?
Excellent for this money!

Staff is pleasant and lives on the premises. Only two bathrooms are overly occupied in the morning so good luck if you really have to go... Hostel is really basic, in the worst shape of all hostels I have been to in Granada. It is also very clean, and they clean it over and over every few hours.
This hostel is not very special but it is definitely okay and cheap. Even if my boyfriend got a major electric shock when touching the fan, we had an okay stay. The kitchen is rather gross than really usable and the bed is almost really disgusting - but still okay for the price! The staff is nice, nothing special, too... Unfortunately, compared to other hostels, this one is not the place you want to spend your afternoon at, but its practical.
Was great, not a massive lounge/ commun.area but the courtyard had 5 excellent hammocks for lounging all day by lovely garden. Other small courtyard small but great laundry area. All hand wash. no bar. Reception was friendly. Kitchen small but lots of utilities. Bathrooms clean, nice. Bedrooms, dorms in particular, very nice, basic, fans were huge plus, lockers for valuables outside in courtyard. Beds clean. Within walking to gringo strip. Overall nice place,

Clean, quite. Friendly staff. The room cooled down nicely, even got a little cold at night. Nice courtyard surrounded by hammocks.
bThis is a nice, clean, and quiet hostel. The front gate is always locked and the reception is open 24/7. WiFi is fast and reliable. We booked a twin room (ensuite) which turned out to be a double as there had been a mistranslation (I think this has been fixed now). The owner was kind enough to bring an extra bed to our room from the dorm. Excellent service!

The staff don't even say 'hi' when opening the door for you. And every question seems to take a lot of energy from them. Their acting decreases the atmosphere. Besides that; they clean a lot. The floor is done three times a day. They could only think about a way of getting the dishes after drying up back to there location. Nice stay in our private room! Great location.
Good value for money, considering the price (5 bucks per night for a dorm bed when I was there) and all the facilities they offer (very good wifi). It´s safe and clean, but it´s also quite boring. No bar or anything, the hostel is ought to be quiet after 10pm. If you´re a solo traveller and want to meet new people, don´t go here.
A great hostel, VERY good value for money which in Yucatan doesn't go without saying. Very clean, very well organised, good location, quiet. Kitchen could be a bit better equipped, but in that heat who cooks much? Hot water is on demand, so just ask the reception. Staff is really kind. HUGE beds in the dorms!!
Staff were very rude and unhelpful. Young girl with the glasses needs an attitude adjustment I also asked for a fan to be fixed in the room as it was unbearably hot and the night attendee really couldn't have cared less. Needless to ssay the fan wasn't fixed. Average location and clean so not all bad. Stay somewhere else for a better experience of the city.
i stayed in a private room with a bathroom, it was just perfect, simple but everything we needed was there. kitchen could use some more cutting tools, small but fine too, unless you wanna prepare some elaborate dishes. a laid-back place, not a party joint - something i was quite happy about because i came to nicaragua exhausted, so getting a good night rest was great. lots of hamacas, lots of common space to hang out at. recommended.
Free/fast Wifi, close to center, friendly staff, clean bathroom, they also organize tours for the volcano and the lake. The only down side is the rooms are very hot.
The dorm is big and airy and plenty of ventilation thanks to the fans. However, there is not even a dustbin so when it is full it gets a bit messy. Also, the light switch is right at the end of the room, which makes no sense (you have to go around with a torchlight when you get back at night!). It would be good to add a bathroom as it gets packed in the morning, as well as messy with all the people using it. Atmosphere overall good thanks to the great hammocks and common area!
The hostel is near the centre and it is great in value and atmosphere. The showers were cold but the temperature was high enough to make it comfortable! The staff was very helpful and also dd speak some English. The WIFI was good and fast..
The dorm was very hot, I spent part of the night outside in a hamaca. One more bathroom would be nice.
Needs more bathrooms and more things in the kitchen. The pillows need to be replaced
