The Hostel it self is lovely there is about two members of staff, one guy who runs the desk and a cleaner lady, they speak very limited English. The location of this hostel is brilliant bang in the center of Madrid on the Gran Via, if i came again i would use this hostel. The building is hidden between two shops, there is a sign above the door listing the hostels in this building, there is a Hostel Helena on level 9 you want level 2 Helena II the door on the left hand side, just ring the bell.
