We enjoyed our stay but there is no kitchen for guests, which ment we had to eat out which is expensive. Check in wasn't till three even tho we told them in advance we were arriving in the earlier. The hostels on the 9th floor and one of the elevators wasn't working but there is another one hidden at the back. L

The manager was very friendly but I think he could deal with a internal problem with competency. Because of that we had two wait three hours or so. The room wasn´t outstanding either. But by some reason we didn´t bother too much with that and we could enjoy Madrid.
