It was a nice quiet hostel with lots of space and beds. The owners were very kind and helpful. However it´s not a place you´d want to stay very long, due to the fact that there is nothing to do in the area. There was only 3 other people staying there while I was there, and all of us were just staying the night then moving on the next day.

the hostal H P was overbooked and I was brought to a B&B, Mariana's, more expensive but I paid the agreed on rate. Everything went smooth i.e.. pick-up at airport and the shuttle next day to Panajachel. The owner also took me to an ATM next morning since I needed local money for the trip (the B&B took Visa, the shuttle american$).
