Our friendly guesthouse is housed in a charming 19th century building on beautiful Calle de Atocha in the centre of Madrid. Within 15 minutes walk you can find the Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia museums, historic buildings, cinemas, shopping and Madrids thriving nightlife. Our central location makes it easy to find us.
We offer free maps of Madrid, some rooms whit en suite bathrooms and TV, free linen and towels, free Wi-Fi, central heating, and no curfew! For those hot Madrilea days you can also request air conditioning for only 5 per day. Were happy to store your luggage after check out. Some of our rooms have great views of San Sebastian church! No sound proof rooms.

Cancellation Policy
This property has a 1 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
Check-in: 2pm to 11pm. All bookings will be cancelled if you don't arrive before 11.30pm, with a no-show penalty of a night's accommodation. Although there is no curfew once you've checked in, our reception is only open from 10am until 11pm so unfortunately we can't accommodate arrivals between 11.30pm and 10am. Sorry. Please let us know your expected arrival time. We accept credit cards with a 3% surcharge, but not debit cards. As this is a guesthouse, there's no kitchen, common room or organised activities.
