Very cold hostel. Most times I had to go down to the cold lobby for a wifi signal, the wifi is also turned off at night time. There was a PC available however the screen was dodgy and we couldn't use that either. Staff could not speak English except one. Toilet was leaking in our bathroom and there was always a puddle everytime we got home. When we asked the receptionist to call us a taxi for the airport I caught him accepting a commission from the taxi driver, out of order!

The staff are friendly and helpful but I had a number of problems with repeated disputes about how many days I had paid for the room. which got very annoying. I suggest that anyone going their for any length of time asks for a receipt with not only what they have paid and when, but for how many nights it was for and and what nights they were, in order to avoid my difficulties. They have many different staff on reception and I was paying every couple of days as I did not know how long I was stayi

This was a stopover in La Paz for us and Isidoros was good for that. Right next to bus station, good WiFi and above all, the staff were amazing! They let us crash in one room while another was being prepared because we'd just come off the night bus, and helped with ordering takeaways that night when we were tired again. If you're staying in La Paz for the first time, though, I'd go somewhere more central with more character.

The Young lad on Reception was helpful, as i do not speak Spanish. He was overworked, the Internet was fine. The Hostel is about 4mins walk from the back of the Bus Terminus, But then you need a taxi to the Night life. There was not flooring n the corridors So the Doorbell when rang echied around the hotel. They have a Payphine Which is quite good. Aslo the young lad helped to speak to the Travel agent with a BUS booking. I think next time I would stay closer to the night life an

Average hostel but what stands out it is the staff they are very friendly and give good information about the city Hot showers and comfy beds. Have wi fi but its better if you use it at the reception area since in the rooms the signal is intermittent. I highly recommed this hostel
