Even though the hostel has a great location, close to the bus terminal and the main square, I can not recommend it. The bathroom wasn't clean, more digusting and hot water in the shower did not work. The bedding were as well unclean, the towrels had spots. Breakfast was okay, consisting of one onionbread per person. To conclude, no problem to stay for a night but absolutely not worth the money...

This is not a travellers hostel. It's located in not such a nice area, a good 15 walk away from other hostels and the main tourist area. Subsequently it has a gloomy feel and no real area for other travellers to meet and talk. The staff cannot help much as they didn't speak English and my Spanish is poor. This was a last minute booking as nothing else was available on New Years eve.

This place is ok. It´s pretty rundown and dirty, but I guess it is cheaper than a lot of places in La Paz. The shared bathrooms are gross, and the shower gets everything wet so bring flip flops for sure. If you´re on a diet, breakfast is perfect because they give you one roll and some watery coffee. The location is about a 15 minute walk from anything you would want to see except the bus station, so walking to the area feels scary at night. They lost my online reservation.

Nice place. Beds not that comfortable as our double bed had a big dip in the middle. Showers are those electric head type that dribble hot water. Not great for a cold climate. It was quite and we had a good night sleep before getting on a 12hr bus.

Good location, next to the bus station and only a short walk to the centre. We had a large room with a skylight which helped warm the room during the day so that was really nice. Very quiet there, but we like it that way. Breakfast is luke warm coffee and bread, and wifi sometimes works. For people who only speak english, there are several i-spots around the city, very helpful people there with maps!

The staff were really friendly and made a lot of effort to answer my questions despite not speaking English! The room was really cold and the sheets didn't seem overly clean. The road right outside is pretty noisy.

good value for the money you pay, clean room excellent to rest after a long day out
