This hostel is clean and tidy with helpful staff, but is very expensive for what you get. I've paid a quarter of the price in Quito for similar facilities. I won't be staying there again

The staff at arrival was totally incompetent, complained about the amount of luggage we had. The room was drab and unfriendly, the bathroom was tiny and the toilet leaked, the pillows were lumpy.

The people were great and the breakfast was good too. We rented a private room with bath. It was clean enough. but in the bathroom there was a little water leak that kept the floor wet and the sink was pulling off the wall so the water didn't drain all the way. There was no shelf to put anything on. The location is about 4 short blocks from the center of night life in La Mariscal. We thought that was a good distance, but some of the younger women thought they needed to be closer.

Hostel Jhomana is a friendly, secure and well located place that will soon make you feel at home. The staff are anxious to help you with the most complex request. A comfortable living room with flat screen and small Cafeteria are available for your relaxation. I started each day with a complimentary cup of coffee and breakfast. This hostel is in an ideal location for one who wishes to have a quiet place to stay while being near main transportation and shopping. There are two parks close by.

Hostel Jhomana, is a great place to stay while in Quito. We had a private ensuite room and it was comfortable. The bathroom was super clean with great hot water and pressure. The wifi is fantastil throughout the hostel. The staff were very friendly and willing to help with any needs.

The bed was rock hard and the walls had black mould on them. We also had no outside air or view from our room. The staff were great, and the fridge in th common kitchen was nice to have!

More of a hotel than a hostel, i was very impressed with the rooms, breakfast, space, and cleanliness! A great place if you are looking for a quiet stay in mariscal sucre! Free luggage storage is a plus, too!
