Hostal Kloketen may not look like a hostel at first sight, and it's not. It's a family home, and they have rooms for travelers to sleep in. Me and my boyfriend felt very welcomed by Silvana and her husband, and they will do everything they can to help you out. Our private room was awesome, with a very comfy bed, a TV and even a bathtub. We couldn't have asked for more. The breakfast is good enough and Silvana can prepare your meals for a very decent price. Would definitely stay there again.

This is someone's home that has been converted to a hostal. Nice family will small children will be hanging around, so not the typical hostal feel. Clean and comphy area. Location is not central, but it's still close to city center.

It is more a family home than a hostel and the family is very friendly. The only problem was that it was a bit difficult to find, in the website description the street name is 'Zenten 626' but the full name of the street is 'Capitán José Ignacio Zenteno' 626. So when we asked people in the street where Zenten is, nobody knew and it took us a long time to find the hostel.

It felt very cheap and not comfortable. Breakfast was terrible.

Family-run bed & breakfast, not a hostel. Double room had a private bathroom that was cold but clean and the bath tub was nice as well. Super helpful lady who even bought bus tickets for us prior to our arrival, so thanks for that again!!! No english spoken. Unfortunately the walls here were very thin so that we didn't get much sleep that night due to noise from the TV in the living-room. Nice breakfast.

Nice place . a small hostel with few room with the owner living in the same house with her family. Very attentive owner and clean room.If you're looking at the big hostel where to meet loads of people this is not the place for you but if you're looking for a quiet, clean and friendly place with good breakfast this is the place to go.
