The hostal is well-located near sites and restaurants. The building was very beautiful and the rooms are clean and cozy, though they are run-down and worn. Some of the staff spoke basic English, and they were friendly and helpful. There was no breakfast at the hostal, but when we asked we were given vouchers to exchange for a pastry and coffee at a nearby cafe. Great wifi. The only problem was noise from the lobby and the street.

It was very simple, but I enjoyed my stay there, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

The lady at the front desk was hostile. The place is freezing cold. No smoking signs are posted but ignored and so windows are left open.

Hello dear friends, thank you very much, you are very kind, thank you for making a comment so nice, Hope you have much happiness and see you soon. A hug, Ignazio We sorry for the lady front of the desk, but in general the staff it is realy kind and friendly and the only wish Is that the clients feels happy here. The place is not so cold Because the Tecnik always put a temperature by 22 degrees so it is a constant temperature, and the windows are open in the first part of day beacuse we want to fresh air and all the hostel will be much ventilated and with a good odor.Much in Spain itn't smoking alowed in pubilc places from the first month of year 2012 so if somebody want to smock in the hostel I must smock in the garden. Regards,Ignazio

We stayed for six nights in a private room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Location was fantastic. Just one minute walk from Gran Via and other major streets. For the given price, we couldn't have had a better deal.
