Stay at Hostal Lili-Patagonicos if you are coming to Puerto Natales! It's a great hostel with outstanding staff! They are super friendly and helpful, know everything about the park and will go out of their way to help you plan your trip. The rooms are excellent and the common areas are great too. Couldn't recommend it more!!!

Good hostel, with staff who are very helpful and can assist with travel plans and treking to the Torres del Paine. 2 internet terminals and two pleasant large lounge areas. Breakfast good. Only criticism is that there appears to be a shortage of shared bathrooms for the number of people who need to use them.

Great stay! I can recommend it totally. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Ivan, the owner, is such a cool guy who knows everything about the surrounding. This is the perfect location to start to Torres del Paine!

Nice hostel. Clean and spacefull. Very nice staff. Close to the center, 5 minutes walk. spacy bedroom. great breakfast. U get a briefing about the trekking in de park. I got it from Carlos. Very nice guy. He informed not to start at Torres when clouds are clear. I am glad i followed his advice.Super tour and super weather.

Excellent friendly staff. Kitchen ok if quiet and was not a problem during our stay. Pack earplugs as walls thin. But would stay again and recommend

They have a boulder wall and a slack line! Beds are VERY comfy and the twin rooms have flat screen TV. Very new and comfy place and clean. Good equipment for rent. Really nice style and good atmosphere. Brekkie was good, too: bread, yoghurt, jam, tea, coffe, branflakes, fruit. Twin is quite expensive, but definitely a treat. Wifi was a bit spotty sometimes. Security could be better.Would go there again for sure.

Terrific place to stay and I was particularly impressed with the breakfast-homemade bread!

The staff at Lili's is great. They gave great introductions to nearby attractions including Torres del Paine. The rooms are very nice and clean and the common areas are great. Our only complaint is that the sound insulation is terrible. We were kept up late by the noise of people cooking in the nearby kitchen. We were awakened very early by the noise of people getting ready for the early bus to the park. If the owners would add some sound insulation this would be a top notch hostel.

Pamela and Dario were very delightful and helpful . A recommendation to the Dino Rex restaurant was a good one. Ask for the menu of the day for a very reasonably priced tasty meal.

very friendly, helpful staff! stayed here before and after torres del paine, in a private room before and a dorm room after - nice sheets, lots of blankets, basic but very comfortable. all bathrooms shared. decent kitchen (two stoves). good/spacious/multiple common areas. spotty wifi. only a few blocks from el calafate bus stop (cootra); torres del paine bus picks up at hostel. would definitely stay here again if en route to torres del paine.

Fantastic hostel in a really cool building that even has a climbing wall! The upstairs common/kitchen area was great. The room was nice and comfortable and the staff really helpful.

This hostel was incredible! I arrived and didn't really have a good plan for what to do in Torres del Paine. The owner helped me plan my entire route for the trek. The hostel also rents great quality equipment - my tent was brand new! The other staff were incredibly helpful and friendly as well. The hostel has big, comfy twin beds in the dorm rooms. The breakfast is amazing with homemade bread and yogurt and fresh fruit. It's very close to the town center, supermarket, etc. Stay here!
