We booked into the Hostal Lis II, but on arrival we were told they didn't have any space and were sent to the Generalife, which is owned by the same people. This was two blocks away, and after travelling there, moving again was the last thing we wanted to do. The Generalife had no reception, no way of contacting the staff except by going back to the Hostal Lis II, which was just plain annoying. Having no reception and no staff also made the place feel very unsafe, and boring.
